I received the laptop 5 days after having paid for over night,asked for a tracking number received wrong number. queried the number no reply, check the laptop found only 512 meg.mem. advetised 2x 512 mem,this problem has now been solved 23 days after the sale.

They are practially uncontactable, do not answer their phone. Sent me a broken laptop. Lied to me that it was insured courier when they sent it, but speed services confirmed that the item was not insured at all when shipped! They won;t reply to me at all!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I DID NOT STEAL YOUR MONEY! I SHIPPED YOUR LAPTOP AND IT WAS INSURED! IF IT WAS NOT INSURED THEN HOW COME I HAVE THE WAYBILL STATING THAT ITS INSURED FOR R8000, and CHECK YOUR OWN WAYBILL, ITS A DUPLICATE. IT CANT LIE!!! IF YOU HAVE IT IN BLACK AND WHITE SORT IT OUT WITH THE COURIERS YOURSELF! YOU SHOULD HAVE NOT ACCEPTED IT IF IT WAS BROKEN! MAYBE YOU BROKE IT AFTER YOU RECEIVED IT!! Responded 09 Apr 2008
