R12600,paid to seller's account, various excuses and promises regarding shipment of watch. Untraceble waybill no from postnet.Cannot obtain any information from seller to trace article..now says article is lost.,seller claims to hand over to sapd .and claim back from insurance.Awaiting refund or wiil hand over tosapd.
I contacted the seller on the day I won the auction. We agreed on a time. He subsequently changed these arrangements. Everytime we agree on a time, he is suddenly not available. I really want the items, however due to his erratic behavoiur weI cannot complete the transaction. All my attempts to contact him have failed, as he is not taking my calls, neither is he replying to sms. I am prepared to change my rating if he makes the items available to me.
Seller not returning calls or emails, spoke to him the day I won the auction but avoiding me now, should he honour the auction I will consider changing my rating.
