Dear Sir, as a first time buyer without any feedback you paid with a credit card and telephoned me immediatley afterwards asking for a refund of the overpayment of R5.00. Any seller on BOB would be a little cautious and I explicidly explained to you that you would have to wait for about a week for your credit card transaction to be cleared. You were quite happy at the time but now see it fit to give me a negative rating - It is herewith reciprocated
