USN Phedra-Cut XT '2008' 30's
The 2008 phedra-cut xt is an advanced fat loss activator, consisting of a synergistic blend of natural ingredients, which have all proven to assist in safe and effective weight-loss. For a more diverse effect, a combination of mechanisms have been focussed on in the form of m-phr¿:

Directions for use
As a dietary supplement, take 2 to 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach (with a large glass of water), 30 minutes prior to your morning workout or breakfast. Take another 2 to 3 capsules 6 - 8 hours later, 30 minutes before a small meal. Do not use after 4 o¿clock in the afternoon. Take phedra-cut xt for 5 consecutive days of the week and stop use for 2 days before continuing again (2 off days). As with all weight control supplements, phedra-cut xt works best when combined with a balanced eating plan and regular physical activity.
Optional: take 4 capsules phedra-cut stimulant free 30 minutes before your evening meal to control appetite, assist in blood sugar regulation and to optimise your weight loss result. During the ¿2 off days¿ of not using phedra-cut xt, it is advised to use phedra-cut stimulant free 3 times per day, 30 minutes prior to meals.
Important notice
As with all exercise and nutritional programs, please consult your physician first (especially if you have a medical condition). Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating or under the age of 18. If anxiety, dizziness, headache, heart palpitations, stomach pain and depression is a result, lower dosage or discontinue. Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8 - 12 glasses of water per day. For best results, start off with a smaller dosage (i.e. 1 - 2 capsules per serving).
Thereafter the amount may be increased by one capsule per serving per week. Grapefruit naringin may potentiate the effect of certain drugs including calcium channel blockers, estrogens, sedatives, cholesterol-lowering drugs, as well as medications for high blood pressure, allergy and aids. Dosage of meds may need to be lowered ¿ patient should monitor reaction to product first before making changes (incl patients with high blood pressure that may even experience a further increase in blood pressure due to the product). Diabetics may need to lower dosage of medication ¿ discuss with physician if experiencing low blood sugar events (hypoglycemia). Do not have more than 9 capsules per day and do not use this product for more than five consecutive days per week. Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. For best results a sensible diet and exercise programme should be followed.
