USSR CUT CRYSTAL!! UNIQUE Set of FOUR Lead Crystal Champagne Glasses 50's-60's

DIAMOND + "Happy SOVIET" Cut Lead Crystal which was made in the USSR probably around the period directly after WW2.

These Crystal Drinking Glasses are EXTREMELY rare items considering where they originate from, under what conditions and how few were produced.

The SET consists of FOUR Identical CRYSTAL Champagne Glasses (they were NOT named "Flutes" until much much later). Each one is composed of Heavy and Thick Lead Crystal with a Solid Base which rises gently into a slatted stem and then slopes outward into a MAGNIFICENT STAR and "Happy Soviet" pattern bowl

Each one has ONE tiny chip or flea-bite rather ... on the rim which is not really visible but felt with a fingertip. Otherwise EACH of the FOUR is in PERFECT condition with NO cracks or damages

17.5cm height to each item................7cm diameter at base................9cm diameter at rim....................0.5cm thick crystal rim
