A handwritten invitation with photo of comrade RUDENKO Sergey Vladimirovich, Nr XXV –PC 231962 a Russian citizen and office worker born on February 23, 1962 to be admitted to the Army. Issued by Kominternovskiy District police station , Kharkov, USSR. It was presented to him on his 16th birthday on February 23, 1978. A very unusual document and a must for a collector of Soviet memorabilia. Due to size postage will be R50 (registered mail).
