- to pick up your parcel/s from the post office, your tracking number, ID BOOK/DRIVERS LICENSE and ID NUMBER IS REQUIRED... WITHOUT providing the post office with this info , your parcel may not be released to you

- We offer a 14-day warranty on all watches/jewellery/MAKEUP/perfumes/BOOTS

-IF SIZE IS WRONG WE WILL GLADLY SWAP PROVIDED THAT WE STILL HAVE STOCK OF THE SIZE YOU NEED - IF WE DON'T HAVE STOCK OF THE REQUIRED SIZE, WE WILL REFUND YOU. THIS IS PROVIDED THAT THE SHOE HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED AND PROVIDED THAT IT IS WITHIN THE 14-DAY-WARRANTY PERIOD
