Vanilla seeds/paste 28g

Quality Premium Bourbon Vanilla imported from Madagascar 
- the 'caviar' of vanilla - seeds from the centre of quality Bourbon Vanilla pods
- this is a concentrated vanilla 'paste' made of only vanilla seeds from the centre of the Vanilla Pods (no gelatine)
- the ideal chef's choice as it takes the hassle out of scraping the pods - a knife tip of seeds equates to reasonably strong vanilla taste
This is the highest quality vanilla for use in cooking / baking / hot drinks etc - only minute quantities are used because of the strength. It is purely the seeds scraped from the inside of the pods and the result is almost like a paste.

Please note - these are not seeds to grow. To get vanilla seeds to germinate requires great skill, and from what I've read, a symbiotic mushroom (?) is also required. You can get vanilla plants from http://www.orchidssa.co.za as vanilla is part of the orchid family.
