Should you want high end quality products, we can quote you on such products. Wednesday, Friday, Weekend, and Crazy auctions are usually not the high end items usually listed as FOR SALE items. We are a reseller, not the manufacturer. In the event of a replacement or swop-out, the Buyer will be liable for shipping costs for returning the original items to us, and for receiving the replacement items. NO COLLECTIONS AS WE ARE AN ONLINE COMPANY, and delivery is preloaded into BoB's automated system. We respond to emails within 48 business hours Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. Kindly refrain from calling on cellphone or landline as we require written proof of all communications. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days Monday - Friday excluding public holidays, after BoB payment notification is received. Orders paid in full before 10am may be processed the same day. Courier collect parcels up to 10 am. Friday auctions can only be dispatched on Mondays if paid in full before 10am on the Monday. Orders placed within Cape Town area still follows standard delivery procedures, and is not cheaper or faster, due to location, as all parcels first needs to sign in to the Courier North Hub before it can be shipped to East, West, and South Hubs. Shipping fees calculated on import duties, TAX, combined shipping cost to company, address verification process, extra fees payable to courier for collection from paid shopping complex for drivers, costs of communicating with courier, time spent preparing parcel for shipping, and time spent on waiting for courier collection, time spend on tracking orders leaving premises, until it reaches the Buyer, and communication keeping Buyer informed of the shipping process. As well as travelling to post office, standing in line to send postage, and paying for parking. Time is money. We have no control over collection or delivery times for local or national parcels. We do not ship international at present. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the day we ship your order. Orders must be paid for within 48 hours of placing order or winning auction, failing to do so will result in a Negative RED RATING, a SNC will be filed, and you will be BLOCKED from all future auctions. Areas we ship to D2D (Door-to-Door) are listed in the shipping section, to CBD's only with max of 7km radius from CBD, and NO PO Boxes, NO Townships, NO Rural land, NO government Buildings, NO Gated Communities, NO Schools, NO Universities, NO Technions, NO Hospitals, as our courier cannot deliver to those areas. If you do not see your area in the list, select the OUTLYING areas option. Should you ignore this you will be billed for additional costs before parcels may be dispatched. We send orders to your address on Bid or Buy, please ensure this is correct upon check out. Kindly ensure you have someone at the address specified to accept the parcel on your behalf. The shipping responsibility lies with the Buyer & Courier, as we can only take responsibility for parcels up to the point where the courier collected the parcel. We only use in stock satchels for shipping. Shipping costs gets calculated by the BoB system. We cannot combine items bought from different auctions on different dates to save on shipping costs, as the BoB system pre-calculates the shipping. So kindly refrain from giving negative ratings based on shipping fees. The BoB system will inform you of your shipping costs under the 'Shipping & Payments' TAB, so review shipping prior to placing orders.
