RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:
· We do not accept returns and exchanges on underwear, intimate wear, sleep wear, swim wear or in cases where an item was damaged due to negligence or misuse.
· Returns to be submitted strictly within 5 days after receipt of order.
· All items to be returned in their original condition; unworn with tags / labels attached and original packaging intact.
· In cases where packaging have been damaged or returned in poor and/or abused condition, a 10% handling fee will apply.
· A refund will be issued after the returned product has been inspected.
Courier free deliveries:
Delivery is free within 50km major city radius, e.g.Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town which includes areas Hermanus and George.
We use a reliable South African courier company that will deliver your item; you will be provided with a tracking number once dispatched from Elite Occasions.
Should you not be available at the time of your delivery we have added a calling service, the courier will leave you a calling card to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery time for your item. You will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way and be provided with a tracking once dispatched from Elite Occasions. Courier deliveries are done most time in the mornings before 13h00.
Post Office free delivery:
We will arrange for your order to be delivered to your local post office with the SA Post Office. Make sure you check the postal code is correct at all times
