Written by the lifetime Professional Hunter, Greeff Heydenrych, well known in the Victoria West area of the Great Karoo for his culinary skills when it comes to game for the pot. Originally published in Afrikaans in 1992, this then is the 1st English translated edition that was published later in the same year. Distributed only through hunting and outdoor outlets country wide, the demand has been such for this book that the Afrikaans version has subsequently gone to seven editions. The seventh edition of the Afrikaans version was printed in 2010. This English version is now out of print.
