Boost the length of your Gigabit Ethernet cable runs with the OUTREACH Lite GXT Outdoor Gigabit Ethernet Extender from Veracity. Equipped with a pair of 10/100/1000 Mb/s Ethernet ports, the OUTREACH Lite GTX Ethernet extender lets you extend the reach of your wired Ethernet network by up to 328 feet using Cat 5e cable or better. Powered by PoE, the extender boasts a tough weather-resistant enclosure, and it can be mounted on a wall.
Simple Setup
OUTREACH Lite GXT supports 802.3af/at/bt POE standards, so it can draw power from a network connection. If your network switch has PoE, simply connect an OUTREACH Lite GXT up to 328 feet from the switch to extend your connection another 328 feet over regular Cat 5e or similar cable. If PoE is not available, the link can be upgraded using an optional PoE injector (not included). No setup or network configuration is required, as OUTREACH Lite GXT automatically determines the optimal network speed, duplex and crossover on connection, and does not require an IP or MAC address.

If a network extension beyond 656 feet is required, Veracity's optional OUTREACH Max GXT may be installed to extend Ethernet and PoE to OUTREACH Lite GXT. For example, a 984 feet connection between a PoE switch and another network device can be achieved by fitting an OUTREACH Max GXT at 328 feet along the cable, followed by another 328 feet to an OUTREACH Lite GXT, and up to 328 feet to a non-PoE networked end-point device, such as another switch or a wireless access point. The OUTREACH Max GXT is sold separately.
Dependability
The OUTREACH Lite GXT restores network connection every 328 feet, which helps to ensure full Gigabit Ethernet bandwidth while minimizing the risk of reduced or unpredictable bandwidth, even at distances of several hundred feet or more.
Installation
The OUTREACH Lite GXT boasts easy-to-fit cable seals for cables with existing RJ45 plugs, and it can be mounted to a wall using the included detachable bracket.
