Find the piece quite striking and love the colours!. Origins unknown

to me. Hand made piece. In my opinion it is large and measures in

at approximately length with fringes 294cm and the width 197cm

It is not a firm carpet like piece, more like the texture of a woven

throw.

As mentioned in  a few areas some pulling to the warp or weft pieces

On the side a little wear towards the fringe area. Warp lines can be

seen (grey).  I have a much smaller piece made in a similar way

and I believe it is South American.
