VERY LARGE PERIDOT, GARNET, AMETHSYTS, TOURMALINE STERLING SILVER OPENWORK RING. 925 

This wonderful and glorious large ring features an absolute riot of colour in the form of well faceted natural gemstones. The predominant stone is peridot and the other stones include amethyst, tourmaline and garnets, all set into solid sterling silver. The gemstones are all beautifully cut in round, oval and pear faceting, and all claw set in an openwork setting. It is without overstating it, a large conversation piece of a ring - reaching 39 mm long x 30 mm across and raised  x 9mm high above the finger - a long oval ring head of glittering, eye-catching colour! The focal point is an all-green perdiot 5-petaled flower in the centre of the ring. The silver shank is narrow under the finger, widening to the shoulders where the shank splits into many slim fingers, cage-like to support the large ring head. An openwork curlicue design just above where the shank splits adds detail and interest to the shank. The ring weighs a hefty 15.97 grams and bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver. A really large and gorgeous display of natural gemstones! It is a rather special ring.
