VINTAGE MODEL PURCHASED MANY DECADES AGO. IMPORTED FROM GERMANY. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARTS/ITEMS OF MODEL ARE STILL AS PURCHASED/NEW, BUT BOX SHOWS SIGNS OF AGING/DISCOLORATION. MODEL HAS NEVER BEEN CONSTRUCTED WITH ALL PARTS STILL PRISTINE/MINT CONDITION.

MORE BOOKS HAVE BEEN WRITTEN ABOUT THE CLIPPER THAN ALL OTHER TYPES OF SHIPS PUT TOGETHER. THIS IS BECAUSE THESE VESSELS REPRESENTED PERFECTION IN THE ART OF SHIP CONSTRUCTION DURING THE 1800'S.
