STRIKING Y-SHAPE VERY LONG NECKLACE WITH NATURAL ORGANIC BAROQUE PEARLS. NOT STERLING SILVER.

This unusual 23.9 gram necklace features a seriously long 76cm long gold coloured metal Belcher chain. This jewellery chain is similar in style to trace chain but rather than having uniform links as they are wider than they are thick. It is also known as rolo chain. The neckpiece has 2 x spaced natural pearls on either side of the neck, with 3 x spaced matching pearls as the neckpiece comes to the 'Y'. The 12.5cm drop pendant has a single pearl followed by a large very organic-shaped Baroque pearl measuring 28mm long x 13mm wide, which forms the focal point. From this hangs a tassle of 6 varying length chains, each ending in a natural pearl. The most appealing part of this gorgeous long piece is the mass of natural baroque pearls - culminating in the really large pearl near the lower part of the necklace. The iridescence is beautiful as only Mother Nature can do. All of the pearls are fairly large (approximately 8 x 7 mm) but the feature pearl is 31mm at its longest point x 15 mm. Please note that the chain part of the necklace is not sterling silver. Not sure what it is but it is a simply jeweller's chain. The whole effect is very striking and elegant.
