Items will be shipped within 14 days of payment reflecting in our account, this is due to the volume of items we sell. Please do not bid on this item if this is not acceptable to you, else you will be unhappy later.

Generally pickups are not allowed, where the item on auction is of such a nature that warrants it, it will be stipulated in the item description.

Shipping is done via Time Freight, a reputable courier company. The shipping costs will be payable ON DELIVERY of the parcel. The shipping company will NOT deliver your parcel, until you pay them the delivery fee. For a delivery quotation, you can contact them directly. Items will be shipped from Heidelberg.

If the Post Office can be used, the shipping will be payable up-front. This will be stipulated in the item description.

Please pay within 48 hours. This enables us to start your order.

Any items not paid within this time might be re-listed on the next auction, and the sale cancelled, especially if no communication is received about this.

We reserve the right to delete bids that appear to be fraudulent.

This is a family business. Hence we cannot promise to answer our phone, or answer mails, weekdays between 6pm and 8am. This includes deletion of bids, and answering of questions concerning the items on auction. On weekends we can promise no communication at all, due to family commitments.
