VERY OLD AND FASCINATING CHINESE TEAPOT - HEAVY! RUSTIC AND HANDMADE WITH PRIMITIVE HAND ENGRAVINGS - NOT MADE FOR EXPORT. IT HAS VINTAGE WEAR AND THE SPOUT HAS BEEN DENTED IN AT IT'S BASE - THERE IS A SMALL HOLE UNDER THE SPOUT WHERE IT MEETS THE POT. HAS A WELL FITTING LID WITH A FLOWER DESIGN ON THE TOP. I AM NOT CERTAIN WHAT THE METAL IS - I THINK IT IS PEWTER. SIZE: height 17cm x width 15cm (from spout to handle)
