Vintage South African Mint Co. Gold Plated Ingot (numbered ZA7442) Key Ring Key Chain

This is a gold plated ingot stamped 'South African Mint Co', the head of a lion, and is numbered ZA7442. It was made into a key chain. The plating is possibly 24ct or 22ct but it is not marked, nor is there any paperwork to confirm this. It is in a very good vintage condition but does have some wear to the plating, mostly some scratching, consistent with age and use.

The ingot measures approximately 1.6 cm X 3.8 cm. The entire key chain measures about 2 cm X 9.5 cm.
