This incredible and exceptionally rare antique (1930's) German made Karl Ens (Volkstedt) Art Deco figurine is a truly amazing find and one of only a handful of his incredible semi-nude collection pieces available on the internet. This beautiful erotic-dancer figurine is 31.5cm tall x 15cm long x 10.5cm wide. The figurine is in amazing condition for its age and although the tip of one of her fingers is chipped, it would be worth having it repaired professionally. The figurine is valued at between R 8500 and R 10 000 based on similar figurines that have been sold internationally. Karl Ens was well known for his bird figurines, with many of them exceeding the R 10 000 asking price. The base of the figurine is stamped. If you are a collector of rare German porcelain, then this amazing lady would take her rightful place in your collection.
