It was not a very hot seller (the average annual sale over the book's first fourteen years was 673 copies)

THE COVERS HAS WEAR, CORNERS BUMPED, SPINE HAS A SPLIT AT THE BACKCOVER, BUT NOT LOOSE. A LOT OF SHELFWEAR, INSCRIBED BY FORMER OWNER, SPOTTING, NO LOOSE PAGES. BOOK STILL FINE AND INTACT. THIS EDITION (BROWN COVERS) SELLS FROM R3400.00 AND UPWARDS. PRICE LOW DUE TO COVER CONDITION.
