Very rare type of error.

The rim beneath the date sticks out quite a bit.

This type of error occurs when two planchets are are struck at the same time while completely over-lapping each other, leaving two uniface coins displaying either a reverse or an obverse, for both coins the other side will remain blank. An "indent error" is made in the same way, only the planchets have a partial over-lap
