A clean and neat FDC with all 13 stamps of the 1961 decimal issue in pairs on it. This usage of pairs as opposed to singles of the bilingual issue, coupled with the rare Dynamite Factory cancellation makes for a rather unique and therefore a highly valuable cover, possibly one of a kind and certainly an exhibition piece. Minor flaws such as small creases noted.
