very scarce and rare Recce original 1st patt camo l/s shirt (medium)- used condition not too faded

Here on auction we have a VERY scarce and rarely seen & neat find - a Recce original 1st patt camo l/s shirt in Medium - used condition not too faded. In great & lekke field used condition.

PLEASE NOTE the almost exact cut/ design copy of the Portuguese style of this shirt incl the double cloth at the shoulders and long tail etc. ALL buttons present and no damage. A GREAT rare piece!

THIS shirt came as a set with the trousers currently on auction here on BoB as well.

THIS camo was one of the VERY first local SA produced camo patt adopted and used by the Recce's and is seen in early pics esp in the OP SAVANNAH period at the start of the SWA/ Angola bushwar and SADF intervention there with the various combat groups eg. Alpha and Bravo.

The link of this camo to theatre used Porra lizard is OBVIOUS when seen side by side.
