Republic of South Africa.  1974 2^nd Definitive Issue - 3c value.  Extremely Scarce PROVING STRIP of 20 with date (05/10/73) in the RIGHT HAND MARGIN.  Block is suitably folded.

Some handling creases, not detracting and hardly visible.  Overall fine unmounted mint.
