Here on auction we have a very scarce and rarely seen SADF era "named" SA Medical Services (SAMS) sub-unit Delta Squadron/ Company (?) "tactical" symbol tupper "browns" field-dress flash.

This SAMS D Sqn/ coy flash's front is in very good clean, well used condition and the rear pin is present.
