LIMITED EDITION "COERT STEYNBERG 'N OUTOBIOGRAFIE".
HARD COVER IN GOOD CONDITION, FULLY INTACT DUST JACKET, NUMBERED 914/1000, INSCRIPTION FROM PREVIOUS OWNER, 116 PAGES. Among the famous works he produced are the beautiful statue at the Huguenot Monument in Franschhoek and the Blood River Monument. He is best known for sculpting the statue of Paul Kruger, at the Kruger Gate, Kruger National Park. He designed the 'pronking' springbok which appears of all gold Kruger Rands. One of his most definitive works is his well-known statuette of the dancing Mabalel.
