These natural Songea mined sapphires present themselves in a riot of colour -orange, yellow, blue and green round-faceted sapphire gemstones are bezel set in sterling silver bands that seemingly twist around the finger. In fact the shank itself is a single strand of sterling silver that broadens on one shoulder where the green and blue gemstone bands start, and on the other the yellow gemstones start on the shoulder. The sapphire-studded bands all end in rounded points, tucking next to each other like feathers in staggered lengths, 3 facing one way and 2 the other. The ring bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver. 30mm long x 20mm wide x 3mm high and weighing a heavy 7,52 grams, this piece is large and spectacular - ablaze with colour and wrapped in bright silver.
