Direction for use:
- Rub on Method: If head colds and nasal congestion persists
- Apply only to the chest, throat, back and massage for 5 minutes
- 2 to 5 years: 10-15ml 2 to 3 times daily
- 6 to 12 years: 5-10 ml 2 to 4 times daily
- 12 years and older: 10-15 ml 2 to 4 times daily
