FRAMED VINTAGE OIL ON BOARD - STILL LIFE ART BY SA ARTIST VICTOR SIMMONDS - born 1909 -- ?

Victor Simmonds is a South African born artist who was born in 1909. The date of his passing is not known and very little is known concerning his background or life. What is known about this skilled artist is that his work became popular in recent years and has been sold at auction houses internationally as well as locally. He began his painting career with the choice of Oil Paints and painted various Still Life Artpieces until he settled into what became his passion in painting -- Landscape Art

This item is one of the Artists Earlier works.

Although the Frame is solid wood it has flecks/spots of white paint on the Off-White color frame (I have no idea how they got there) but otherwise the Frame is in PERFECT vintage condition with NO cracks or damages to the wood. The ART itself is in PERFECT condition
