Victorian bone bound Book of Common Prayer with enameled brass monogram & trim. This old Book of Common Prayer dates to c1872. Although not dated, the "Table of Moveable Feasts for Seventeen Years" starts at 1872, and the Evening Prayer refers to "our most Gracious Sovereign Lady, Queen VICTORIA". The book was printed by Charles Courtier at the University Press, Oxford. The book is bone bound with brass trim and an enameled brass monogram. It is pocket size measuring 9,5cm x 5cm. The Book is in good condition for its age - has a crack to the bone front cover. Great buy.
