Silver, 33.4mm. Weight 21.6 grams.

Obv. Two women beneath palm tree, one balancing water jug on her head, the other, bare-breasted, resting on canister.

Rev. WATCH AND BE SOBER in lined and beaded circle.

Apparently, these were the only unofficial medals allowed to be worn with uniform in the Indian Army.
