Victorian Cranberry Glass & Enamelled 'Ludwig Moser' Scent Bottle
This fabulous, antique, gilded and enamelled cranberry glass scent bottle from the late 1800's, is probably from the well-known 'Ludwig Moser Glassworks' in Bohemia, Austria-Hungary. It has a lovely bell shaped, cranberry glass body with spaced gold-leaf leaves and white enamelled dots and a beautiful, mottled gold-leaf shoulder with pretty, hand decorated white enamel detail and white dotted borders. The bottle has a gilded metal neck with an unusual, gilded metal stopper, with attractive raised detail on the top. This lovely quality piece is in amazing condition for its age and probably dates to the 1880's. The scent bottle stands 8cm high, and measures 5,5cm at its widest.
