Victorian crocodile skin stamp/card wallet with Sterling silver corner mounts. GH James & Co was a high quality leather producer in London during the Victorian era. This little stamp/calling card wallet is manufactured from crocodile skin and has 4 Sterling silver corner mounts. The corner mounts are hallmarked GHJ (George Henry James), leopards head (London), lion passant (Sterling silver) and R (1892). it measures 9cm x 5cm folded in half, and is in remarkably good condition for its age. Great buy.
