The property of this Victorian Design "Heritage House" was first registered in 1882, built before and survived the Anglo Boer War.
All registration deed history is available.
It boasts original metal pressed ceilings in the three main reception rooms as well as in the 9 meter long passage.
The floors are original Oregon pine floor boards and the ceilings are 3,5 meters high. The original design was kept intact with Victorian Gables, with bays and sash windows.
This property boasts:
A cosy swimming pool.
2 x large garages.
1 x Store Room
1 x Servants' quarters (these two rooms can be combined into a Granny Flat)
1 x Servants' toilet
The garden has 2 adult apricot and one adult pear tree; a fig tree, two mulberry trees and several young citrus. A neat little kitchen garden has several culinary as well as medicinal herbs, including an adult Tea Tree and lots of strawberries.
This magical home has an energy of a bygone era.
