VICTORIAN MAHOGANY AND BRASS WRITING BOX
Beautiful old piece with loads of character!
Nice old mahogany writing box from the Victorian era!
Was used to store writing equipment and when opened, created a sloped area to write on.
It has brass corners, inserts, hinges and trim.
There is no structural damage to the frame but there is a crack in the ply bottom and it does have some cosmetic damage in the form of scratches and dings.
Easy project for restoration, or display as is! Please note the box does not have a key.
