A large Victorian silver mustard pot made by Walker and Hall in London in 1886. The pot measures 10cmx4.5cm and stands 6.5cm tall. It weighs 96 grams. It is in good condition, with no major dents, the lid and hinge sit well. The hallmarks are a little rubbed, but it can be dated from the marks on the lid. The liner, is however a replacement and has one minute fleabite chip, and does not fit the pot perfectly (see picture), but it is an old one, and the pot is still perfectly useable. The fiddle pattern salt spoon is also by Walker and Hall. it is silver plate and the plating is in good condition.
