A fine Victorian solid sterling silver and glass scent bottle by renowned silvermakers Sampson Mordan & Co. With spring-catch release hinged cover. Has the patented Mordan spring loaded suction lid which works instead of a stopper. Bears hallmarks for London, 1878 as well as the maker's stamp.  Overall condition is excellent with crisp, clear hallmarks. Please view images above for more detail.
