Victorian Silver and Crystal Scent Bottle (1896)

This very early, pretty, heavy, cut-crystal bottle from the late 1800's, has a lovely hand-chased sterling silver screw-on lid, with an inner fitted cork. The lid is English hallmarked for Birmingham 1896 and made by the silversmith 'Charles James Fox' (CJF). The scent bottle stands 9,5cm high, has a base diameter of 4cm, weighs 118,7g, and other than a tiny soft dent on the lid, it is in lovely condition.
