Product Care

This particular knife sharpener uses 2 small tungsten carbide inserts set at an angle of approximately 30° to 40° to grind a V-shaped steel cutting edge.

For sharpening the knife sharpener has to be pulled 2 to 4 times over the cutting edge with pressure and then the knife sharpener has to be pulled 4 to 6 times over the cutting edge with light pressure to smooth the edge.
