This is a Nomad from pre-2017. It has the DE-GM tang stamp that was never used on the Picnicker. They are often confused as the Nomad was renamed the Picnicker when they switch all the 111mm to liner lock in 2017 (had the same tool set).
DE-GM / 9305297 is a German registered design of the locking mechanism.
