Cameras were boought and paid forin October, still no delivery, how can you sell something you don't have stock of?

Money refunded due to lack of stock. Promised to supply item with 2 weks when stock arrived. However, not forthcoming at all. I imagine that he decided that the buyer price was not high enough!?
