Vie Warranty Policy
The VIE herbal vaporizer comes with a limited one-time replacement warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship in the electronic components of the device for one year from the date of original retail purchase.
The Limited Warranty excludes the battery or accessories, normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage), normal degradation of performance over time, accidental damage and any consumable or disposable parts.
