The vintage 18ct yellow gold dress ring is set with a raised, natural, cabochon-polished, oval opal (approximately 13mm x 10mm x 5mm circa 1.5ct; white with some orange fire; green and blue opalescence) in a wire-work design. The ring is unmarked but has been electronically scanned and confirmed to be 18ct yellow gold.
