Vintage 18ct Gold Emerald and Diamond Ring

The vintage 18ct gold ring has a yellow gold shank supporting a raised white gold head, which is claw-set with an emerald-cut emerald (approximately 7.5mm x 5mm - circa 1.2ct) which is flanked by sets of three, round, brilliant-cut diamonds each side (circa 0.20ct total). The ring is marked with what appears to be "CT 18", and has been electronically scanned and confirmed to be 18ct gold.
