The watch is Running smoothly but needs Restoration.

Movement = 10622739

Lens (Crystal) Has a Crack
Dial needs restoration or replacement.
THE CROWN Need replacement -not original- stem is still intact.

I am not sure but there could be a metal Oring that secures the back Cover Missing (The cover is secured (You need a tool to remove it )

The Case needs Polishing
Not a Omega Strap
The watch has not been service but is running
No Box or documentation.

40mm (lug to lug) x 32mm (diameter)x 12mm(thick)
Lug Width = 17mm
