Vintage 1960s Roddy 966R large fishing reel - needs a service and TLC

Roddy reels were co-owned by Penn, and were made in Japan until the late 60s. Reel spools OK, but the bail (the metal part that flips over the spool) is stuck. Also, the protective centre cap on the drag adjustment knob is missing (see 2nd photo below).  Spool diameter is 70mm.
