This is an authentic, historical 1964 stock certificate issued by The Pennsylvania Railroad Company for 14 fully paid shares. Dated January 2, 1964, the certificate was issued to Donald R. Powell and Janet D. Powell and features an exquisite, highly detailed vignette illustration of the world-famous Horseshoe Curve engineering marvel.
The reverse side features a completely filled-out transfer panel dated June 2, 1964, showing signatures transferring the stock to J. Lewis Armstrong & Co. via attorney E. D. Conner, along with an Internal Revenue tax exemption stamp.
