GORGEOUS VINTAGE 3,06CT DEEP LILAC NATURAL SPINEL RING WITH BRIGHT WHITE ACCENT STONES SET IN STERLING SILVER 

This stunning vintage piece features a 3,06ct deep lilac, oval faceted spinel measuring 10mm x 8mm, with a deep cut. The beautiful spinel is claw set in solid sterling silver, and is surrounded by a frame of 2 rows of 36 x round cut bright white stones (they look like cubic zirconias, but it is vintage, so I can't be sure what they are. They look like white spinel or white topaz, but I haven't had them gem tested). The stones on the inner circle are individually smaller than the stones in the outer ring. The ring head measures 19mm wide x 20mm long and rises a splendid 8mm above the finger! The ring sits really snug on the finger because of the unusually broad shoulder (11mm where they touch the ring head) joining the quite heavy and thick shank. The piece is in good condition, with slight buff marks on the metal but the stones are great. A very sturdy ring, really well made and solid to handle - the piece weighs almost 10 grams and bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver.
