Vintage 9ct Gold Ruby Heart Shaped Pendant 

Description:

This beautiful pendant, made in 9ct yellow and white gold, is in the shape of a heart. It is set with 39 x round rubies ranging in size from 1.50mm 2.00mm each.  Instead of a hanger in the middle, like most pendants, this has a raised gap on either side of the rear of the heart to slide a chain through.
